New Patients at Upstate Clinic of Chiropractic

After you have booked your appointment, we’ll send you a link so you may complete your new patient paperwork online. We suggest wearing comfortable clothing, as you’ll be changing into a gown so that we can do a digital scan of your spine.

Your First Chiropractic Visit

When you arrive, our team will greet you by name and with a smile. You’ll sit down with your chiropractor for a consultation to discuss what’s bringing you in for care. From there, we’ll move straight into a 36-point in-depth orthopedic, neurological and physical assessment. We’ll also take full-spine X-rays.

Plan on being with us for 45 minutes for this visit.

Your Second Chiropractic Visit

Before you return, we will study your exam results closely to determine the root cause of your issue and create a plan of care to help you meet your healthcare goals. When you come in for your second appointment, we’ll explain all of our findings, lay out our care recommendations and discuss all of the financials so you have all the information you need to make an informed decision. If you are ready to begin, you’ll receive your first adjustment at this visit.

Your First Knee Program Visit

Your visit will start the same way a chiropractic visit begins, with a consultation and examination. We’ll take appropriate X-rays and then we’ll conduct a trial knee decompression therapy to determine if our approach is a good fit for you.

Your Second Knee Program Visit

When you return, we’ll go over your X-rays and evaluation results, explain our recommendations for care and the costs involved. If you’re ready to begin, we’ll start today.

Paying for Care

We are out-of-network with most insurance providers, and we accept all major credit cards as well as CareCredit®. You may also use your HSA or FSA. Our chiropractic new patient special is $79 for your consultation, exam, X-rays and report of findings. Our knee program new patient special is $67 for your consultation, exam, X-rays and trial therapy.
