I began my journey with major sciatic and neck pain. I tried one of those “maintenance stores” and quickly realized that just a back crack would not fix my problem. I searched online, read reviews, and picked Upstate Clinic of Chiropractic. I rate this facility a 10 out of 10. The staff is very friendly, you never have to wait and if for some reason you do it’s only minutes. The equipment used for treatment is up to date, from the back roller table to the back and neck compression table. What impressed me the most was the quality of care. The first thing you do to start your treatment program is take a series of X-rays so Dr. Zach can evaluate them and devise a treatment program specifically for you. I have been going to UCC for 4 months now and my sciatica pain is gone. After your treatment program, another set of X-rays is taken to provide Dr. Zach with a progress report which he will evaluate and discuss with you during a follow-up visit and lay out a maintenance schedule moving forward. My experience at UCC has been wonderful and I will continue to recommend this office to anyone who needs professional help.

I’ve had several neck and back surgeries, and fusions with hardware still in place Dr. Zach did an exam with x-rays, then thoroughly explained my results and treatment plan He has provided me with relief that I didn’t think was possible. My husband started seeing Dr. Zach for his neck and back pain and was extremely impressed with UCC. So much so, that he asked Dr. Zach if he would consider seeing me as a patient, since I’ve had several neck and back surgeries, and fusions with hardware still in place. Dr. Zach did an exam with x-rays, then thoroughly explained my results and treatment plan. He has provided me with relief that I didn’t think was possible. And if that wasn’t enough, everyone at UCC is so cheerful and professional. Every patient who comes through the door is happily greeted by name. My first chiropractic experience! I got in a pretty bad wreck about a month ago and the pain in my back and neck got much worse. Many issues before this as well. I am in cosmetology school and the pain was getting worse during this. I came to the chiropractor and they immediately were so welcoming and so nice! I have been there for a month and already see amazing results. If you need a chiropractor this is the place to go.

I truly feel blessed to have found Dr. Zach and his crew. Suffering from a lower back injury I could barely walk when I came through the door. Everyone at the Upstate Clinic of Chiropractic treats anyone that comes to their office with kindness, empathy and professionalism. I came for my knee that has been affecting me in the way I walk and I was in pain everyday, but Dr. Zach has helped my knee so much. I am absolutely loving Upstate Clinic of Chiropractic. After moving to SC from CA I was despairing at having to leave my chiropractor of 8 years and finding a new one. I wanted one who would listen to me and work with me for treating my numerous pain issues. And I found one!!!! From the receptionist to the Doctors everyone listens and does everything to make my treatments an enjoyable experience. This has been the best experience in chiropractic care. I had asked for a very specific form of being adjusted, and they knew and are certified in Gonstead chiropractic. Everyone at the office is amazing and the ladies that greet you and work the exercising portion of the visit are wonderful and go over and above to make you feel welcome and relaxed.

They combine chiropractic with physical therapy and stretching This should be your first and only choice for your chiropractic needs Upstate Clinic of Chiropractic is absolutely amazing. From when you walk in and meet the super friendly receptionist staff (who are amazing) to the doctors who are miracle workers. Here they treat chiropractors as a science where they do constant tests and scans to see how you’re progressing and working toward a better spine and life. They combine chiropractic with physical therapy and stretching to do everything they can to get you to your best self. 10/10 cannot recommend more; this should be your first and only choice for your chiropractic needs.

Came in after another knee injury. Torn my right mcl multiple times over the years and had a massive pop recently and could not walk. Went in for a consultation with only 80° bend in my knee until the excruciating pain kicked in. Over the course of the treatments I have a 135° bend with no pain. I haven’t had a day without knee pain of some sort for 18 years. I can play with my son and get back to being active! For people who are hurting, but don’t know if chiropractic is for them, or they are skeptical and not sure if they should do it, what would you say to them? The staff is AWESOME and get to know you on a personal level and relate with the clients. I would 100% recommend them for any chiropractic needs. Going to start back treatment here soon now that my knee is good.

I had finally come to terms after years of pain and injections that I was going to need knee replacement. Met Dr Megan and Dr Zach at Easley Farmers market and decided to see what they could do for me. The atmosphere in their office is so amazing and genuine you truly believe they care about you on a personal level. They conducted the most thorough and informative physical check I’ve ever been through. At my very first adjustment.When I tell you they have special healing powers I mean it. Limped into my first visit in pain and walked out amazed. For people who are hurting, but don’t know if chiropractic is for them, or they are skeptical and not sure if they should do it, what would you say to them? Dr Megan has stopped the pain in my hips, back and shoulders. Dr Zach has worked a miracle on my knee to where I am no longer even thinking about a knee replacement. Saying thank you isn’t enough, I love you for giving me a quality of life I thought was gone.

I love this place! Helped me very much with my neck and back issues. I was chiefly having issues with my lower neck pain which was only exacerbated by my heavy backpack I wear for school. I had very limited movement in my neck before and now it’s been effectively resolved after ~6 weeks, which is fantastic. I originally had my concerns revolving around my neck pain (which quickly proved to be for good reason) but now it’s decreased enough it can get less than my lower back pain, which has also decreased exponentially. For people who are hurting, but don’t know if chiropractic is for them, or they are skeptical and not sure if they should do it, what would you say to them? Beyond that it’s helped my headaches and fatigue during the day, no longer barely able to stay up past 3 in the afternoon (and helping exponentially to pick up some math grades), I’m now able to sleep easier as well. It’s been extremely helpful in all areas and definitely recommended!
